Meet the Service Technicians

All of our Technicians are factory trained and certified and collectively possess over 80 years' experience in the motorcycle industry. Our guaranteed workmanship is first-rate. Equally important: we all share your passion for the ride.

	Ben Johnson Service Manager Ben has been working on motorcycles since 1998. He has been at our sister store, Carolina Coast H-D, since 2001. Ben became Service Manager of New River H-D in September 2012. He is PHD certified and a Master of Technology.
	Dylan Sublette Service Consultant Dylan is an MMI graduate and is also PHD certified. He studied early model, late model, V-Rod and Buell. He has been in the field for 3 years. He has been riding for 10 years and currently rides a 2004 Wide Glide.
	Bryant Johnson Service Technician Bryant has been working on Harleys since 1991 and has been a Master of Service Technology since 2007. Bryant has been at New River Harley-Davidson since the Grand opening in June of 2004. Bryant owns a 2006 Electra Glide.
	Jon Arrn Service Technician Jon has over 13 total years with Harley-Davidson, and 18 years total experience working on motorcycles. He rides a 1999 Scout 185 Sportfish, and is also a Master Technician.
	Andy Avent Service Technician Andy is at expert level with 5 years experience. He rides a 750 Street bike.
	Ricky Bolt Service Technician Ricky is an MMI graduate. He is PHD certified, studied early model, late model, V-Rod and Buell. He rides a 2011 Wide Glide, and is currently restoring a 1950's panhead.

Service Appointments:

Service by appointment is offered and encouraged whenever possible. Simply call 910-575-9997 and speak to a Service Consultant or click the link below to fill out the Service Appointment Request. We will do our best to schedule an appointment that suits your needs and allows you to ride and enjoy your motorcycle as much as possible. After all, that's why we're here!

Express Lane^TM Service:

No appointment required -- we'll get you in and out as quickly as possible, usually in less than an hour. Services include State Inspection, tires, brakes, oil, hand grips, foot pegs, mufflers, mirrors, and select Genuine Motor Parts and Accessories. (Contact our Service Department for more details.) The next time you need one of these services, you won’t have to schedule anything—just stop in and we’ll do it while you wait. Shop for a while or relax upstairs in our customer lounge while we complete your work, then get back out on the road.

North Carolina (NC) State Motorcycle Inspections:

• Tires must have 2/32" tread
• Brake lights front and rear if applicable
• License plate light must be white
• Turn signals if equipped must work
• Horn must work
• No brake fluid leaks
• Running Lights must work
• Other Requirements may apply
